Job Description:
BioPharma360 is seeking a highly motivated analyst for our summer internship program to assist in identifying business development opportunities and support internal initiatives. This is an exciting role for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our company’s success in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish sales leads and opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and business development efforts.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients.
- Continuously identify and submit candidates for open opportunities.
- Identify proposal opportunities and support the development and submission process.
- Develop and present metrics and reports.
- Develop client pitch decks and sales/marketing materials.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of internal initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and handling other ad-hoc tasks to support day-to-day operations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Working toward a bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in analytics, sales, business development, or marketing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, hardworking, and adaptable to diverse areas of need.
- Highly resourceful, enjoys working independently while taking the initiative to get things done.
